THE NEXT GENERATION OF
TEXAS BUSINESSES

NEXTEX WAS FOUNDED TO CULTIVATE THE
NEXT GENERATION OF TEXAS BUSINESSES

"WHAT YOU LEAVE BEHIND IS NOT WHAT IS ENGRAVED IN STONE MONUMENTS, BUT WHAT IS WOVEN INTO THE LIVES OF OTHERS"

We see your legacy in the NEXT generation of your company.
NexTex is a holding company and independent partner that…

Seeks to hold Texas-based companies indefinitely

Invests its own capital

Not beholden to any third party boards or committees

ABOUT US
We acquire Texas based-businesses with opportunities for long-term growth and aim to take these companies forward while preserving the legacy and culture that prior owners have worked so hard to create.
We invest our own capital and are not a private equity group or family office that answers to outside capital partners or is tied to some sort of investment horizon.
Unlike a private equity group that must sell a business within 5 years, we seek to hold companies indefinitely. Furthermore, we are not beholden to any third-party boards or committees.
As a result, we look at acquisitions and investments through a long-term lens which enables us to make better decisions and not ones that are driven by short-term thinking or by a business philosophy rooted in financial engineering.

Dear Texan Founders,
I’m aware that selling your business (often your life's work) is not an easy task. Sourcing a reliable buyer with similar business views as yours is even harder.
It's crucial that you partner with a buyer that shares the same business principles you do in order to preserve your legacy, culture, and practices far from your ownership.
As a business owner, you have options when considering a sale. Should our ways of doing the business match and you are considering a sale, we’d love to hear from you!
Sincerely,
Tony Petrunin
